1. Introductory

website allows visitors to book online tourist offers. All information contained by this website is TWS property.
The usage, including visiting the website and bookings of the offers of the website www.TravelWorld.ro implies the
agreement with the terms and conditions detailed below.
2. Usage of the TWS site information
By accessing www.TravelWorld.ro website, by using the information from the website and visiting its pages, services buying,
bookings or e-mail writing to TWS e-mail address the user agrees to the TWS notifications received electronically,

only after a proper checking of the information registered. Thus, TWS reserves its right not to reply to all the
requirements received. The companies registered and members of the www.TravelWorld.ro website have the right to present
their tourist offers and company's image as well as receive bookings and offer requests from the website users.
The truthfulness, viability, actuality of the data presented by the companies on the website are under the companies'
sole responsibility. In case the member company intentionally introduces erroneous information or information meant
to prejudice TWS, TWS 'image or www.TravelWorld.ro website, TWS has the right to erase the respective information or,
by case, to invalidate the respective company without any pre-warning and to take all the necessary legal measures.
The presence of the companies into the TWS website, www.TravelWorld.ro, will be made on the base of an agreement between
the respective company and TWS, agreement that will be communicated by TWS to the company in the day of registering. The
registering on the www.TravelWorld.ro website is free-of-charge, without any financial obligations on behalf of the
company, unless the company chooses one of the existing promotional packages of TWS.

or other contests of the website and they can not introduce information and messages on the specialized places on the

"Terms and Conditions". Any kind of disagreement that might occur between TWS and its partners/users will be
amiably solved. If this is not possible the conflict shall be settled in court in accordance to Romanian laws.
6. Final Instructions

www.TravelWorld.ro website structure, including modifications that may affect the website, without preliminary notice.

in accordance to the present legislation. On the pages where the member companies are presented, TWS will not
introduce banners of the competition.
